The installations of Michael Beutler occupy and transform spaces with sculptural interventions that open up alternatives for spatial perception. In the exhibition shown at Hamburger Bahnhof in 2015, Beutler made the historic hall a protagonist of the show, transforming it into a site of continuous production, a “work hall museum.”
